BREASTSTROKE
The breaststroke, considered to be the slowest of all the strokes, is made up of two movements. The first is placing the shoulders parallel to the surface of the water, whilst the legs remain curled up. During the second movement, the swimmer stretches his body along the surface of the water. And so on.For the Olympic games, breaststroke is swum on 100 m, 200 m and in the medley relay race.
