The American tennis player won her first important tournament at the 1992 Barcelona games. At only sixteen years old, she prevented the German player, Steffi Graf from winning her third consecutive title. Her will to win did not last very long. Capriati's career hit rock bottom before coming back to competitive tennis in 1995, and making it to a major tournament final in 2000.
