This Norwegian shooter managed to win gold five times during the events at the games in Antwerp in 1920 and Paris in 1924. He won a gold medal in the shooting a running wild boar event with one or two projectiles, on his own and with his team. The arrival of Lilloe-Olsen sounded the knell for the Swahn family from Sweden who had dominated the discipline up to that moment in time.
